How much is shipping?

 

We are currently shipping in the republic of Ireland only

Delivery charges are as follows

1-10kgs €10 plus VAT @ 23%

10-20kgs €15 plus VAT @ 23%

21-100kgs €45 plus VAT @ 23%

1 pallet (1100mm x 1000mm) €75 plus VAT @ 23%

For items weighing more than 100kgs please contact us for delivery costs at info@candclifting.com

 

Orders placed before 13.00pm will be dispatched on the next working day. Your order should be delivered within 2-5 working day. In the event of an item being out of stock you will be notified immediately.  Please check the order on arrival. Should any parts be damaged during shipment contact us info@candclifting.com

Please Note: During stock-take and sale periods delivery times may be slightly longer than usual.

What is our Refund Policy?

Returns Policy

We are happy to accept returns within 7 days of order for standard stock products. Assemblies which are made to order, such as chain slings and wire rope slings and/or any items which are manufactured specifically for an application are exempted from the returns policy. If a product has already been dispatched, it will have to be returned to us at the address provided before the refund process can be applied. Special orders cannot be returned

Once the goods are returned in the original packaging, unused and in the condition in which you received the goods we will then start to process the refund. Refunds excludes the delivery charges. Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible.
